Real iDeal – An Educational Game to learn about Financial Literacy.
Real iDeal is an educational game created by 10 european partners and co-funded by the ErasmusPLus programme of the European Commission.

It’s a great resource for primary and secondary schools to learn about Financial Literacy.

You are young and full of ideals. You want to succeed in your life and reach your goals. Just like in real life, it is hard to know what awaits around the bend. Have you planned well enough?

Given the ongoing financial climate in much of Europe, the challenge is to understand financial realities. Real iDeal educational board game gives young people a better understanding of personal finances.

The game is played over six rounds, each round representing ten years of a life. Players encounter issues like financial planning, loans, interest rates, and maintenance costs. They can also encounter envy of their neighbors, unrealistic expectations, and perhaps more than one share of luck or misfortune.
