Today I received a petition from a scout friend from Bulgaria asking for a favor, but that petition turned to be a great opportunity for our scouts.

We should take advantage of everything scouting put in our hands for our kids… and in terms of International dimension of Scouting I see it like this: the more scouts you meet, the more learning opportunities for your scouts you can get.
